This questionnaire is part of the Workshop Leadership in Safety. It is important that you complete the document on your own, by following the instructions provided. It will take approximately 20 minutes.
Leadership in Safety involves various aspects. The purpose of this questionnaire is to check the importance placed on each one of them. As this is not an evaluation questionnaire, but an expression of opinion, there are no right or wrong answers.
Our purpose is to collect objective feedback, and to provide you with a useful tool that will allow you to best use and develop your personal approach to Leadership in Health and Safety.
You will receive your profile during the LiHS workshop that will be held shortly in your company/project. The entire process is strictly confidential and will be managed entirely by the LHS Team Foundation. The individual profiles will not be made public (only to your trainer) without your consent.
